2025-2026 Volleyball Tryouts

Tryouts will take place in August for U15 and older. October for U14 and younger.

The practice and competition season will begin at the end of November/beginning of December and will run through the end of April/May (depending on age group and team level). We have team options that range from beginner to advanced, and from local competition to national travel.

Our experienced coaching staff will continue to elevate and develop athletes from ages 12 to 18 years old. We will continue to offer as many opportunities as possible to fill the full range of talent, from beginners to advanced athletes; helping them all to achieve their season goals. Teams will range from developmental- teaching the fundamentals and basics, through college preparation- creating strong habits for success in collegiate programs.

Updated Age Guidelines for 2025-2026 Coming Soon

The U12 & U13 Foothills programs will practice twice a week from November to April and will have one day competitions about once a month from January through April. This introductory program is meant to create a strong foundation for first- and second-year players.

Our U14 teams will practice twice a week from November to May and will compete in the Puget Sound Region Power League series. Power League events are single full day events, where teams play and ref all day; events take place up and down the I-5 corridor.

Powerleague is a series of tournaments where teams in the Puget Sound Region are seeded, ranked within each age division, and play other teams that are close in ranking. Powerleague is a great opportunity for our athletes to compete with the best clubs and athletes in the region. These tournaments have various locations ranging from Bellingham to Tacoma. *schedules are typically posted on/near the Wednesday before the tournament.
